Note re Cup Games - Extra Time

Just a quick reminder to all clubs still involved in Leinster Cup Games. In the event that a game is level at the end of normal time the game goes to Silver Goal.
Silver Goal - A maximum of two periods of five minutes. (If a team scores in the first period of silver goal and the opposition does not score within the 1st period of five minutes, Silver goal is over. If it is level after five minutes, a second period of Silver Goal is played).
Penalty Strokes - If the game is level after Silver Goal the game goes to Penalty Strokes.
