Petition to save Galway Hockey Pitch

The Dangan Hockey Pitch in Galway which is used by all the clubs in Connacht is under threat. We have been advised that the facility is under threat from the proposals to make an outer ring road around Galway. The Proposed Blue Route si to go straight through Dangan Hockey Pitch - should this happen it could spell the end of hockey in Galway and have a massive effect on hockey in Connacht.
A petition has been set up to try and avoid this happening and we urge all Leinster Hockey followers to sign up to Save Dangan Hockey Pitch
