All Ireland Schoolboys Championships 23-25 October

This year the All Ireland Schoolboys Hockey Tournament takes place in Leinster with matches being hosted in Newpark Comprehensive, St Andrews College, The High School, St Columbas College, Wesley College and Three Rock Rover HC.
The tournament will see sixteen schools from across the island take part in games over three days in four groups of four with the winners proceeding to the semi-finals on Friday morning with a chance to play in the Tasmanian Shield Final on Friday afternoon.
Those teams who place second in their groups will take place in the Herbie Sharman semi finals and finals also on Friday.
Ahead of the tournament starting Leinster Hockey would like to thank Kathryn Henderson and Natalie Fulton who have worked tirelessly over the last number of months to prepare for this event. We are also grateful to Ivy Dennis and Sally Ann Fanagan who have agreed to be the Technical Director and Umpire Managers for the tournament. Our thanks also to each of the schools who are hosting matches.
