Umpire Development Programme

Following the success of the national academy programme, officially launched last year (and including a number of umpires from Leinster), the Leinster Hockey Umpires Association are launching the provincial academies this season.
- 6 places available, preferably 17-25 years old;
- Mentor based programme – mentess split into groups headed up by an experienced umpire;
- Formal in person launch in early October;
- Online seminars with guest speakers and in- person practical sessions (dates TBD); and
- The opportunity to progress to the National Umpire Academy.
