The Leinster Hockey Association want to appoint a Player Development Programme Manager

Programme Manager Role

The Programme Manager is responsible for the management and administration of player development programmes for junior age group players across the provinces

  • Regional development centres (Under 14 development)
  • Centralised Academy programmes (Under 15 & Under 17)
  • Inter-Pro Player programmes (Under 16, Under 18 & Under 21)

While the primary purpose of regional development centres is the development of players within the catchment area, they can also serve as a platform for the development of umpires and coaches.  The Programme Manager will therefore need to link in with the LHA board members responsible for umpire development and coach development.
