Covid 19 has adversely affected sport and sporting bodies’ funding models have been equally impacted. The landscape has changed, and fundraising is no different. In September 2019, Leinster Hockey organised a Sport Capital Masterclass which was delivered by not-for-profit consultancy 2into3. Since 2006, 2into3 have developed fundraising strategies for many of Ireland’s not-for-profits including Enable Ireland, Irish Sailing, Sensational Kids and many more. 2into3 will aim to show you how best to manage your fundraising efforts in a Covid-19 world. According to 2into3, previous crises have shown people still donate regardless of the economic impact unfolding. The planning you do to-day will help your fundraising efforts in the future.

- Developing your case for support
