Leinster Hockey Monthly Volunteer Awards - October

Last month we introduced the Leinster Hockey Club Volunteer of the Month awards and the Panel will announce the September winner later this month.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of our clubs. Without them our sport just wouldn't happen. The Leinster Hockey Volunteer Awards recognise the tireless work of volunteers within our sport.
We're asking clubs to nominate a club member whose contribution to your Club deserves to be recognised.
The nominee could be a player, coach, umpire, committee member .. you decide. In the nomination form below, we want you to give us some details of what this person does in your club and why he/she should be nominated.
Nominations are limited to one per club per month.
Nominations should be made by the Club President/Secretary.
