Building a Stronger Leinster Hockey

Following on from the recent Roadshows a number of areas were identified for clubs to action
1. Clubs to nominate to the various Leinster Hockey Committees & Working Groups
2. Start developing their five year strategy plans (see this link for information about Hockey Ireland document on Club Development)
3. Focus on Coach Development
4. Develop Social Media Presence
5. Ensure all clubs are registered with the Local Sports Partnerships
*There are a number of roles that need to be filled on various Leinster Hockey Committees/Steering Groups which include

| Player Welfare | Youth | Umpire Development |
| Ladies Section | Men's Section | Coach Development |
| Umpire Development | Participation | Indoor |
| Governance | Children's Officer |
Leinster Hockey is an inclusive association and we need every club to be represented on committees & working/steering groups. We are asking clubs to send their nominations for the above committees/steering groups to admin@leinsterhockey.ie. In general these committees might meet 2-3 times a year; most communications will be via email conference call.
